Day 2: Busselton to Margaret River
Neither of us got a lot of sleep on the first night but that was down to the jet lag. The bed in the van is surprisingly comfirtable. Liz managed to sort out the problem with the loo/water tank and we both experienced the campsite showers
I was expecting these to be a bit like the prison showers in Orange is the New Black but they were actually great - lovely hot water. Andy hadn't brought any shower shoes to avoid the funky floors so he's borrowing my pink sliders
Once we were showered we went into town for breakfast where we recounted the loo dramas of the previous night. Apologies for my coffee moustache in the following video:
We've driven down to Margaret River and parked up at the campsite. We've mooched round town, had a drink, booked a wine tour for tomorrow and Andy's bought a t-shirt. Other than that we've taken it easy today as the jet lag is still real.
It's Saturday night in Margaret River so we've been for a nice meal with cocktails. Tapas bar called Morries which was lovely. Not massively impressed with the town itself. However we are being picked up from the park tomorrow and taken on a vineyard tour which is VERY exciting!
Also it's 9.30pm and both of us are on reasonable form so maybe the jet lag is fading!
